You guys remember about two weeks ago, I was searching and trying to schedule an appointment by calling different doctors on a list that was referred to me by a HIV facility? Well, the verdict is FINALLY in I know I know they took so damn long SMH. I could have been real sick by now if I wasn't on the herbs SMH. The girl that I lied to and told that I was recently diagnosed positive a few weeks ago told me the doctor said it was ok for me to come in this coming Monday after work to fill out some new patient paperwork and come back the next day Tuesday to get blood drawn. I am so nervous and anxious to the 10th power. The last time I had blood drawn was on November 8th and my viral load was at 40 copies before starting the Second All Inclusive Package.
With this up coming appointment, I wouldn't know my viral load because I'm not seeing a specialist. I don't see the specialist until February. I'm going to a primary doctor, that would just let me know whether I test negative or positive. I was contemplating all day if I should go ahead and order the $375 package or just wait for the results after Tuesday. I'll wait, for the past eight days, I've been eating strictly alkaline foods. So therefore, if I do have a viral load the virus shouldn't spread like a wildfire throughout my body. I know one thing I feel fine. Today makes it exactly a month that I discontinued the Stribild medication. Everyday, I feel under my armpits to check for any lumps near the lymph nodes area as well as the forehead to make sure I'm not running any fevers or have chronic headaches. I mean it feels like I'm cured, but I just don't know yet.......... What Should I do???? Giving up is just not an OPTION....
My breakfast for today was apple, pear, and a cup of water. The Lunch menu was Wild Rice with a side of avocado and my Bromide Plus Smoothie.
For some reason, I always ended up with left over Lupulo ad Lily of the Valley. Lupulo is so disgusting and strong and the directions on the Lily of the Valley never sat well with me. How did you take your Lily of the Valley?
