Dr. Sebi's Package

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Strawberries, Apple Sauce, Organic Ginger cookie (from yesterday) and Bromide Plus Powder/Lily of the Valley with Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberry, and Kale

Dinner: Sauteed Kale, Turnips, Orange Bell Pepper, Mushrooms, Red Onions, Squash, Zucchini, and Roma Tomatoes Cooked in Grape Seed Oil with approved seasonings

Tea: 2 cups of Boiled Sarsaparilla Root

It seems like it never fails, every time I boil the Sarsaparilla Root into a tea I become drowsy. I am a little drowsy now as we speak. Overall, today was a pretty interesting day the guy that cured himself Face time me this morning via Iphone. I placed an order last week from him to make me his combinations of herbs which he says is about 10 and I was inquiring to see what was the status. He says that it was the holidays and he'll send it reassuring me that he's not getting over or taking advantage. And again as usual, he talked about how it's easy to cure HIV (Which Dr. Sebi did Say in his Lecture) and to get the three main combination of herbs to cure it. Which are Sarsaparilla, Guaco, and Concansa (Red Willow Bark).

However, he add an addition of other herbs with those three I just mentioned and the one he showed me through the Face Time video chat picture below is called Herb Pharm Dandelion which is for detoxification. Basically, from what I'm seeing he pretty much told me the same herbs that Queen Selah used before starting Dr. Sebi's Big Packages. But you kind of get a glimpse and see how much work it really takes ordering different herbs individually from different companies or some the same that might ship and arrive at different times.

Nonetheless, I never dispute that buying herbs this method doesn't work, but it may take longer to definitely cure yourself if the combination of herbs are not as potent. With Dr. Sebi's herbs the only reason I'm not cured yet was because of my diet with not being consistent with the Nutritional Guide in the past, however from my experience I know it's very potent because I would have been in worst shape with this "Spell of a Disease" had I never took it. Now, today after work, I did order 1 pound of Sarsaparilla and Guaco both powder form from Rainpharm which were $28.00 a piece. I'm trying to really make a lot of tea in the month of June. If you order Sarsaparilla from Rainpharm you would have to call and place an order that's what I did because I knew just because it's not advertise on the website doesn't mean they don't have it. I know you can order Sarsaparilla off of Amazon as well, that's what I did last time, but I try to order the herbs from the same place. So they'll arrive around the same time.

Now, Concansa is a little difficult to find. I went to Sioux Trading Post, but they were out so I ask them where do they recommend me finding it. They told me Meridian Botanicals. Type in the search Red Willow Bark because it won't pull up if you type Concansa, but both are the same just called different names. I bought two Red Willow Bark 28 grams $9 a piece which came out to be about $20 with shipping cost.

He said the key to get rid of HIV rapidly is to consume a lot of green Vegetables (which I've been trying to do for a couple of months) and he said to keep juicing it like every hour or every other hour in a blender. He said to stay away from sweets especially, if you have Herpes because they feed and live off of it. So he say to try and limit intake of Agave and even the Flours off the Nutritional guide because they turn into sugars. My goal in the month of June is to do a lot of juicing with green vegetables and some fruits too, but definitely the green Alkaline vegetables since I've never juice them before always sauteed them.

The next thing he showed me was his viral loads when he first was diagnosed last year. His viral load was initially 175,000 I think around May or June of Last year and his T-Cells (CD4) were like 300 and something. Then about a month a two later, I was blown when he showed me on a piece of paper his viral load dropped significantly like half of that. Then a few months later it dropped down close to the thousands, I even saw on the papers where the Doctors were probably blown away themselves at the time they didn't record his viral load two of his Doctors visit all I saw was his T-Cells rising each visit.

Then Finally, I'm guessing the Doctors couldn't give in anymore they wrote down on the paper no viral load or traces of the virus. That's when he told me like I mentioned back in a few of my posts. He said they didn't even want to give him his actual Lab Results hard copy when he requested them, it took them 10-15 minutes for them to hand it over. They don't want to see him again. He said this is REAL although it took him 10 months, he said it shouldn't take me that long if I follow that strict regimen that he mentioned and to drank tons of Spring Water. He showed me his PH TEST Strips which I call Litmus Paper to check your PH to make sure it's around slightly above 7.0. He said I was the only one that he showed proof of each month his viral load dropped significantly and T-Cells kept rising. That's not shown on his Instagram, only his lab results when he had it and when he's cured. He said it's something unique he sees in me and plus he had Herpes/HIV just like me for him to do that.

He said that means I really have to work extra hard and told me to continue stay positive. Speaking of him he just text me just now at 11:33 P.M. his alkaline meals, Lol I swear it seems like he never sleeps.
