Today at work, I was still experiencing some twitching like yesterday in my arms and legs of what it appears like die off symptoms. I was at work and close to lunch time I was extremely hungry. as soon as I drunk a little bit of the Bromide Plus Powder with the berries 5 minutes later I had to go to the bathroom. I was like what in the hell is really going on, how could I be extremely hungry one minute, but then had to go to the bathroom shortly after, the next minute. I had a total of 5 bowel movements today. All I wanted to do was eat.. You see all what I ate for dinner, I may be in for a rude awakening when I get up in the morning with running to the bathroom, but it varies sometimes my body be acting crazy.
Around lunch time, I decided to give Dr. Sebi's office a call. I wanted to know with me sauteing the vegetable am I cooking out all of the nutrients. She said no as long as I don't microwave the food and cooked the unapproved oils on the Nutritional Guide I'm fine. I also asked her why is Cranberry not approved on the list and all she said was it's a hybrid. I wish they would break it down in depth of why it's a hybrid like Dr. Sebi would.
P.S. I noticed the Walgreen Pharmacy stopped calling me to refill my Prescription for the HIV MEDS! In the past, I'm probably notorious for not going to pick up my prescriptions when they call the first time. I always gave them the run around. I hope they don't tell the Specialist that I'm not picking up the prescriptions.
