Today, I went to Whole Foods and loaded up on a whole bunch of berries. Who would have known? Berries are so expensive yet extremely beneficial with Antioxidants getting the bowels moving, but as James did say in one of his Youtube videos Berries help facilitate the healing process. That's one logic that I did agree with him as far as consuming with this Alkaline Journey. I'll post the other berries and brand on tomorrow. On the other hand, so much activities are going on this weekend around the city that I live with all of these Jazz and Caribbean festival and stuff. I was going to go to the festival today, but I'll go tomorrow. I need to get out of the house a little bit more. I'm so glad I don't have to go to work on Monday because of Memorial Day so that's a plus.
On another note, I'm still experiencing some die-off symptoms with this virus/Mucus and a sense of weakness and tiredness almost like a leech latching to me and these involuntary muscle twitching especially, in my veins. I can feel my body is trying real hard to expel this virus out especially, when I drink the Bromide Plus smoothie because it's liquid and absorbs quicker in the bloodstream. Every now and then it gets quite annoying, that's why on the Nutritional Guide they recommend drinking a gallon of water. I need to increase my water intake more, but I be so full at times I can't drink it all. I need to push it to the limit a little bit more.
About how much water are you consuming now? You're definitely doing great with the herb intake.
