This morning I woke up with phlegm/mucus all in my throat. I was gagging and trying to cough it up, but it didn't act like it wanted to come up it was very irritating. For the past two days, my right eye has been twitching a lot lately as well and it's still twitching now. I think because I haven't been getting a lot of rest lately for that reason. Today, I didn't take any of Dr. Sebi's herb today, will resume back taking it tomorrow, however I've been drinking smoothies and I boiled some Sarsaparilla tea on the stove with the bulk of herbs that I ordered from Amazon about a month ago.

On the other hand, the guy that has cured his HIV using Dr. Sebi's method has been texting me motivating quotes, Alkaline Fruits and Vegetables to eat off the Nutritional Guide. He hit me up early in the morning and texted me the three different combination he used to CURE his HIV total 10 months (without Dr. Sebi's Products) now he is thinking about putting together the three combinations of different herbs that cure HIV and sell them which are SARSAPARILLA, GUACO, and CONCONSA. For those that are not able to afford any of Dr. Sebi's Therapeutic packages whether it's the $375, $575, $750, or $1500. As I have said before, if you do combine and make your own herbs using those herbs you have to really make sure you know what you're doing and when I say that you have to make sure you have the proper dosages and be accurate on how to combine the different herbs for it to be very potent. Here's the book below that tells you exactly how to do that.

The guy that cured himself basically has been telling me to buy and make my own herbs. I told him that I have too much of a demanding schedule; First, I'm already prepping these Alkaline Meals, Smoothies, and taking Dr. Sebi's Products daily that's time consuming by itself. Second, I'm Writing this blog which is definitely time consuming trying to document my daily regimen and life as a whole as much as possible with this journey, and third now you want me to combine and pretty much measure and make herbs that's just not feasible for me. He has a lot of time on his hands and can do that, because from what I can remember he told me over the phone that he left his day job like Dr. Sebi did to make herbs and stuff.

He said he always loved Science, I said I love Science too my degree is in Biology, but I don't have time to be putting Botany to use right now and stressing trying to second guess and figuring out what to do....So, when I told him that and started spitting all of this knowledge he thought I didn't had or know he text me and said change of plans and he'll start selling the herbs and said "I BELIEVE YALL ARE SMARTER THEN ME SO IMA START SALING THE HERBS." oh he's pretty bad at texting too, I have to try and figure out what he's trying to say sometimes. I responded back to him and said, "I'M NO SMARTER THAN YOU ACCORDING TO DR. SEBI IN ONE OF HIS LECTURES JUST ABOUT ALL OF US HAVE THE SAME CHROMOSOMES/BRAIN CELLS. ALTHOUGH SOME PEOPLE LACK COMMON SENSE, WE ALL NORMAL PEOPLE ARE JUST ABOUT THE SAME."

As I have told him from the beginning I'm looking for continued motivation to help me stay on track mentally as far as following the Nutritional Guide, especially from the failed attempts with the other packages. I also told him I also want to know what is your daily regimen now/was when you had HIV. I don't want to be all over the place with that Nutritional Guide because their is always something that's more beneficial to consume more of for any ailment or condition. I said people who have been reading and researching pretty much know the herbs to cure HIV, but need to know exactly the Diet part to give them that spark of HOPE.

I said Numerous people around the United States have posted comments and said that they have cured themselves of HIV after the fact, and now want to reveal what they have done, but no other person, I have seen thus far, other than Queen Selah, and myself actually document curing HIV and talking about personal life as a whole while still having it. That's the difference that sparks hope for people, his way of sparking hope for others is unique too because he has his face displayed all over his Instagram page (Not Discreetly) and posted his HIV test results which I have never seen anyone do that.
