Today, I had a total of 4 pretty intense bowel movements especially at work and urinating multiple times because I drunk a lot a spring water. Yesterday, I was able to get a gallon in, but today it looks like I got down to half a gallon. Today, I didn't really experience any twitching like a couple of days ago, so that was a sigh of relief for me. I've been noticing lately ever since starting the therapeutic package, I haven't really had the desire to eat any meat. However, as of right now, I do be having the desire to snack on mostly chips like vegan non GMO with no butter sea salt Skinny Pop Popcorn and Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos.

On that note, I'm trying to have nature all around me. I still have a good bit of the Oregano Oil I have now, but I placed another order this time with Oregano Oil with 2 months worth Olive Leaf Extract which cost about $140 it's supposed to be making it's way to the house towards the end of this week. I called James a couple of days ago from New Age Medical Research to confirm and he said they are shipping the products out. Speaking of James, when I came home today, he posted a new video of him in the news in a negative light on YouTube of basically the Pharmaceutical Companies, and FDA trying to downplay nature of his Oregano Oil and his products healing pneumonia and herpes. But like James said listen to the way health professionals reword statements to brainwash the Masses.

All I'm going to say is wake up people and Stay Woke!! James you better watch your back!! They are watching you like a Hawk now especially since posting before and after results of curing herpes and other ailments! I remember when I first found out about Dr. Sebi in Oct. 2015 which I found out from my brother. He kept saying that they are going to take Dr. Sebi out. I didn't want to believe it, but sure enough 10 months later he was right and Dr. Sebi passed away. I wasn't surprised because I remembered him saying that, that's why I spent so much time 4 hours at a time watching his lectures and even tried to see him when he was touring different cities that year. Now, they seem like they are trying to target another holistic doctor that is curing herpes and other ailments. Remember, when I told you guys about 2 weeks ago, that James is one of those type of people that want you to read between the lines and think outside the box. I said that at the time, because if Herpes can be cured HIV can definitely be cured using his products as well.

A couple of days ago when I spoke with him on the phone, he too like Dr. Sebi said that I need to change my diet when I asked about the Oregano and Olive Leaf Extract.

Hi Phinest25, your journey towards curing both HIV and HSV inspires me. I have a particularly severe case of HSV2 and am seeking to cure it with DR. Sebi’s packages and oregano oil suggested by James Destroy Diseases. am also taking a concoction of Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) ground into powder mixed into Manuka honey, the mixture ratio is 60 percent ground Black Seed to 40 percent raw (i use Manuka) honey, i buy whole Black Seed and grind the seed into powder using a coffee grinder (though you might be able to use a nutribullet) then mix the seed powder into honey by hand with a spoon or whatever utensil you want to use, i make at least a jar of it to last a week or so before making the next batch, the recommended dose of the Black Seed and raw honey mixture for HIV seroreversion as featured in the journal publication from the study in i think it was University of Ibadan Nigeria, is 10ML of the concoction twice daily (or about 2 and a half teaspoons twice daily). i am now taking it tthree times daily but that is my own personal choice, i would suggest that anyone interested should take the recommended dosage of 10ML twice daily and whatever else they may or may not decide to do with the dosage is their personal choice. The article simply states 10ML twice daily, (i'll post the link to the article at the end of my comment if anyone might be interested), am also thinking of taking Thyme oil as well in my quest to cure HSV2, but i have to research the dosage. You are the only one I have found who is writing about not only curing HIV, but also curing HSV. In my months of research into curing HSV2, I have come across a few resources about curing HIV (such as Queen Selah's blog with Dr. Sebi products, and the Nigella Sativa Manuka honey mix), which I believe can be applied to curing HSV if these methods can cure HIV; but finding sources that specificly document the process of curing HSV seem to be much rarer. So while it is unfortunate to say the least, that we have these viruses, at least I found your blog where you document your journey towards curing HSV so I don’t feel so alone in the process. I try to check your blog every night and I am encouraged that am not the only one seeking to cure HSV. I have amazing support from my family and friends, but they do not have HSV, so they can empathize, but they can’t relate to what it feels like emotionally and physically to go through the day-to-day struggle. I would like to connect with you so we can share our experiences and methods and regiments and trials and tribulations and ultimately our successes. Hey Jumoke, thanks wish you the best too with getting rid of these viruses and you're right no one is documenting how they actually got rid of these viruses with HIV and Herpes other than Queen Selah, all we see is the results and them talking about it afterwards. If you can get rid of herpes you can get rid of HIV that's what ring a bell to me by mentioning James Destroy Diseases and his products as well!

I know exactly what you're talking about as far as the black seed (Nigella Sativa) that was one of the first thing that I read and came across to cure HIV when starting this journey after my diagnosis last year however, I never tried it because many brands are not as potent and I didn't feel like going through the hassle to try and figure out which one was legit.

Instead, I went straight to starting Dr. Sebi's $375 package because it's a Intra-Cellular cleanser "Intra" meaning within. Viruses is not only in the blood, but in every other cells and organs including the brain. That's why I've said before that's what makes Dr. Sebi's products unique because each product benefits and cleanses different things in the body.

But as you can see my day to day struggle and failed attempts with his packages were due to my diet and being an emotional wreck mentally after finding out and the person that infected me, I felt did it purposely!

As of right now, email wouldn't be feasible to communicate because I have my picture displayed as my profile pic on my Gmail account and as you have been following my story my family doesn't know about my ailment nor my alternative lifestyle trying to remain discreet for right now.

The only other alternative I can think of as far as communicating is:

A. If you have this texting app called KIK and just use an alias name for your KIK account in the comment section below for me to request you or vice versa when I feel more comfortable change and give out my KIK name for my readers to contact me behind closed doors.

Hey Phinest. Yea I feel you about the discretion thing. am not even used to commenting on blogs lol, much less about my HSV diagnosis. I am really fortunate to have such good support from those of my family and friends who I have confided in, because I know that that is often not the case for so many people diagnosed with these viruses. it’s a shame that these viruses are so stigmatized. You can get any other diseases, and the world is just like, ok, whatever, but if you get a viral STD, all the sudden it’s a taboo topic, yet so many people are suffering with it.
Hmmm KIK, I’ve never heard of it. I will research it and see if I can set up an alias name to share with you to contact me. I’ll look into it this week and see if it might work.
Yes that is so true about viruses being intracellular and effecting all organs of the body. mainstream MDs say that HSV2 is confined only to the reproductive organs, I think that’s BS. Cos I have experienced symptoms, some of which are ongoing, in other parts of my body, more than just the classic urogenital symptoms alone. for example, ever since I got HSV2, my joints have been popping almost every time I get up or sit down and I hear it sometimes when am walking. Not that occasional popping that happens to everyone sometimes. but I mean, my joints be popping all the time now, and just from subtle movements. And its only been happening after contracting HSV2.
I really like Dr. Sebi’s products, I believe in their potency. My only concern is that I don’t think I will be able to afford the therapeutic package every month. I suppose that when I run out of the therapeutic package I could at least order one of the more affordable packages, but it won’t have all the products that am getting with the big package, and HSV2 is very difficult to eradicate, I need all the products and the highest potency I can get. am thinking of alternating, doing the Sebi package as frequently as i can afford, and maybe using the herbal product called Sondashi Formula developed in Zambia, on the months when i can't afford the Sebi package. According to the organization that produces the Sondashi formula, it has been lab tested with results of curing HIV in Zambia, South Africa and the US. However, it has not been lab tested against HSV2 but in communicating with the organization, they said seeing as it has been tested to cure HIV which is a retrovirus similar to HSV2, i am welcome to try the product and see if it works to cure my HSV2. i think am going to try it. anyone interested in learning about the Sondashi Formula can go to the website: sf2000.org
Yea I don’t know which brand of black seed I have, I got it from a local health store local-growers-CoOp, but am going to try researching online to find the best most powerful brand of whole black seed that I can grind up. So far, with the one I got at the local store, it has definitely helped reduce the pain of my symptoms. Unlike average cases of HSV2 where outbreaks come and go; I have had one perpetual nonstop outbreak for months since first contracting the virus, an outbreak that has never completely gone away, always a manifestation of one symptom or another, sometimes its mild, sometimes its debilitating, it fluctuates, but its always there. so far with taking the black seed, my ok-ish days are really quite good and my miserable days are much less painful and shorter duration than before. so far, I feel much better on black seed than I ever felt on antivirals which were barely even remotely effective for me. i still have not had a completely normal day since contracting the virus. But at least with the black seed I am seeing some progress.
So I have faith that am on the right path for me. I think everyone has there own path. I believe there are multiple strategies for curing. But am having good experiences with the black seed honey mix and with Dr. Sebi, and Oregano oil, and soon I think I will try the Sondashi Formula too.
Ok I’ll research KIK in the next few days and see if I can get something going.

Ok cool about the KIK thing. And every therapeutic package whether small or big is beneficial for curing any disease although it may just take longer to reverse your ailment, however Dr. Sebi's products last in your system up to 14 days after completing the capsules and about 3-5 days if you're taking the Tonics.

When I first started this journey, I started with the smaller $375 Package and I was having bowel movements 10+ times a day for about a week or two. So I know, that every therapeutic package is beneficial although I haven't reverse my disease yet, I would have been in bad shape if I never took the herbs at all.

I had a friend who had an uncurable cancer tumor and a death sentence. The tumor stopped growing and he is now in remission. The KEY is to stick to it. You have to change your body. I am excited to share this testimony, I was 3 years ago diagnosed with Herpes virus .
