NASTY NASTY NASTY! I tried not to let it touch my tongue. Just got done taking the Chelation 1 before bedtime and I tell you that is the only tonic of Dr. Sebi's that I just can't deal with, but those Chelations tonics and capsules are the most potent products of Dr. Sebi's that cleanse.
My coworkers at work asked me, what do I want them to do for my birthday. I'm trying to stay focus as of right now. My birthday is a week from today the 16th. I said I don't really know, they know about my cleansing journey, so I'm not sure what they may do next week. This morning I felt a lot of weird things going on in my body. I literally, felt the effects of the virus being eradicated in my body. Multiple Die off Symptoms, I experienced a lot of twitching near my temple area on my head, sore throat, twitching in my arms near veins, and legs this has been going on all day. I did have two bowel movements this morning. That smoothie with those berries really do seem like it's doing something. According to James, from James Destroy Diseases, he says that berries are the most important fruits that helps facilitate healing faster. So I loaded up with berries last week to last me for a little bit. I also went to get some Olives and Burrow Bananas from the Farmers Market to snack on at work. I've been eating regular bananas sometimes because Burrow Bananas take awhile to ripen (Almost a week)
Trying to see now whats going to happen next, hopefully, I have a bowel movement so big that it gets rid of it completely that one day.
