Day#55

Breakfast: Kamut Cereal with Coconut Milk ,Goji Berries, and Strawberries

Lunch:  Romaine Lettuce Salad with Roma Tomatoes, Strawberries, Avocado, sprinkled with Key Lime juice and approved seasonings

Dinner: Nothing

The brand of Goji Berries I use is called Navitas Naturals the only ingredient inside of it is Certified Organic Goji Berries. They taste pretty good, but a little pricey. This is one of the Brands I saw James using that I got from Whole Foods.

Speaking of Whole Foods I had to go back there today because the Mixed Berry Apple Sauce that I purchase on yesterday tasted like it was spoiled plus it had some discrepancies (Leak) on the package. So I returned it back and just got another one, the Romain Lettuce, Avocados, and Tomatoes. I should have known better because when I shop I usually pick up items from the back of the shelf instead of the front. Sometimes people may have accidentally knocked it over causing a leak or even when I used to shop for Cows milk I would pick the milk that was all the way in the back because the ones that are in the front expiration date expired closer from the ones in the back.

Today, I did some serious walking to get some exercise around the house and afterwards went to the Jazz festival at the park and did some more walking. There were tons of people at the park barbecuing, watching the Jazz Festival, they had tons of food at the vendors. I had a pretty good time overall, however I felt a sense of loneliness at times especially sitting on the park bench and walking around, upon seeing people with their significant others holding hands/kissing, gay or straight.

*Sighs*

For as far as I could remember I always felt a since a loneliness even when I was a child. I remembered when my dad used to video record and I looked at one of the films when I was about 3 or 4 during Christmas time. I didn't really seem that thrill. I'm not sure if it was because I just woke up or not, but it took me a while to open the present under the Christmas Tree and I looked sad. Most children would have been jumping up and shouting for joy I was always the complete opposite. The present was Mr. Bucket from the early 1990's...I'm not too sure if any of you guys remember that toy, but it was a pretty interesting toy.

I remember another time when I was recorded on tape, I was in Elementary school in 2nd grade. We had this thing called "Field Day" at recess where we had cook outs at the school and did activities outside and the parents would come to the school that particular day. While the other kids were playing and jumping up excited, again I was the complete opposite. I looked lonely and it looked like I had a lot on my mind. I always seemed to have a whole lot on my mind and always constantly thinking. The teachers would write on my Report Cards "Needs to Stop Daydreaming" but I always felt like daydreaming was a form of mediation for me and it always had me thinking one step ahead, about life as a whole in general.
