Today I had about 5 bowel movements. This weekend coming is Memorial Day week and I just know I'm going to be around all sorts of temptations. A few hours ago, was already a preliminary test of what I am going to be facing. My sister asked me to ride with her to Chick-Fil-a which is 1.5 mile from the house. I asked her "For What?!" Knowing Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants to eat. I can eat Chick-fil-a literally 3+ times a week. So I rode with her and I was so grumpy and in my phone to take my mind off of it, after she received her food. I was really tempted to get their nice #1 off the menu, Hot juicy tender authentic chicken sandwich, with their nice golden crisp waffle fries cooked in Peanut Oil with a side of Polynesian sauce or Honey Mustard Sauce with a nice sweet homemade lemonade.

I resisted and came back to the house zombie mood and sauteed those vegetables. I know people over the weekend including my family member may grill a nice steak on the grill or barbecue chicken, Beef Hot dogs, hamburgers, and drink alcohol. I really try so hard to avoid being in these situations, but it's damn near impossible. Like Seriously, Get me out of America for a month or two so I can go to the USHA VILLAGE and not be surrounded by temptation! It's like some days, I don't have any desire at all to eat what's not on the Nutritional, then other days it's like my evil twin within me says This SHIT is For the Birds!
I just be so stressed out sometimes when people post tempting unapproved foods even down to Facebook, when I go the the Dr. Sebi Alkline Group. All I see from family members, friends, and associates are Acids not Alkalinity with the foods they post.

ReplyDeleteI definitely have that evil twin as well. It still hasn't gone away. What do you look for from the Facebook groups? I try to steer clear of too many opinions and focus on the facts. That's why I watch Dr. Sebi's videos over and over again to have it embedded in my mind. People who claim to follow Sebi will always try to adjust his methods and add things which don't belong. They'll say that they researched a certain herb or food and it has benefits. That's why they use it. Smh. You're either a Sebian or not. When you mess up, own it. Don't try to justify it as right.
