I've been tired these past few days at work. I need to get more sleep in the night. Not having the adequate amount of sleep is not conductive when it comes to healing. I am also going to try and consume the Agave Syrup in moderation at times because Viruses (Mucus) and Bacteria thrive off of that stuff. I called Dr. Sebi's office today and asked one of the consultants is it delaying my healing when I don't consume the one gallon recommended Spring Water daily. Because the most that I get in at times are a half a gallon or a quarter of a gallon. She put me on hold to verify with her colleagues and said no as long as I continue to follow the Nutritional Guide consistently is the most important thing, however, although I don't think it may delay or set back my healing, but It'll be beneficial to consume the recommended amount to continually flush out the toxins efficiently.
I wish you would have asked whether or not the agave was affecting the healing process. The gallon of water will get better with time. Just don't beat yourself up about it. I used to struggle with it as well. Now, I can get a gallon down before noon on most days, especially while I'm at work. But I like my water at room temperature.
ReplyDeleteThe Genvoya may be what's keeping you up. Do you take it at night? I went through the same thing when I was on it. I never read the side effects. Did you?
