Dr. Sebi's Herbs/Tonics
Breakfast: Cheated a little bit today had vegan Skinny Pop Popcorn non Gmo no artificial and Gluten Free popcorn and a few donuts at work that they offered that's it (It's something about Friday's that's the only day I don't eat 100%) Nonetheless, still no meat.
Lunch: Mangoes, Orange and Green Cantaloupes with Dr. Sebi's Bromide Plus Powder
Dinner: Sauteed Kale, Mushrooms, Amaranth Greens, Watercress, Onions, Bell Peppers, Roma Tomatoes, and Olives (No cans or Jars).

How come no one ever told me about Olives and how good they are? I've always consume Olive Oil, but not actual olives. I think they taste sooo good and it's another fruit that's going to be included in my daily repertoire to prevent myself from eating meat just like the Avocados and Mushrooms. I made sure the Olives were in its most natural form (seeded in particular) and made sure that it wasn't in a can or jar at the Farmers Market. The olives were $3.50 in a container with water.
The consults at Dr. Sebi office said it was fine when I asked if it was ok. Today earlier this morning when I woke up and the rest of the day. My throat has been feeling a little sore/scratchy. I don't know if it's the pollen or my body is continually going through the detox phase. I'm not sure, but I do need to incorporate some herbal teas between Sarsaparilla, Elderberry, or Burdock especially in the mornings and evenings. Another question I asked the consultants was out of those three herbs (Which I know all are important) which one should I choose for my condition?
After all, I'm already spending a lot of money on the nutritional foods/herbs. She said the Sarsaparilla so I may go on Amazon Monday or Tuesday and order a cheap bulk that I saw for $12-13 to start boiling them everyday since eventually, I'm planning on getting off of the HIV MEDS once again (Pretty much did) because I can't have this medicine controlling or suppressing my natural Immune System which is called an Immunosuppressor to where my immune system can't fight on it's own efficiently by causing it to become dependent.. plus it makes me feel fatigue and nauseated at times to the point that I don't even want to get out of the bed in the mornings. I've been running to work late at times. NO BUENO!
So, I would have to start boiling teas out of one of those three herbs, I mentioned to stop this spell of a disease from replicating. Especially, when I stop taking the medicine again or run out of Dr. Sebi's products to be on the safe side.
Great information! I'm glad you call the office a lot. You are so patient. The hold time is ridiculous. So sarsaparilla is the most valuable out of the three? Hmm, good to know.

The great herbalist who had given more hope and opportunities to lives if people whom I had successful cure from herpes, HIV, diabetes, Cancer, and all such of diseases and infection. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which reduced the viral load initially.
