Day#24

Today went pretty well. I woke up and didn't take Dr. Sebi's products. I don't know why however,I did drink a Blueberry, Red Raspberry, and Banana smoothie with the Bromide Plus Powder and Lily of the Valley. Work today was pretty interesting I was discarding old study files from 2010 and earlier in the recycling bin as well as moving samples out of the freezers into another freezer. I'm the only guy that works in the lab with 5 other females. They have been pretty nice and cool since I started the job last month. Today, was shadowing day so the parents including some of my coworkers in the lab brought their daughters to work with them. They were so adorable,my coworkers really need to put their kids in a pageant or modeling.

I remember, when I was in elementary school which I was a real shy kid didn't talk much at all. I would go shadowing with my mom at her job. She was a teacher that taught head start. So this morning, all of that brought Nostalgia. Speaking of Nostalgia a couple of days ago, my Iphone notified me that my storage was full. So therefore, I had to delete pictures from Last year, two and three years ago. Yes, I like to keep and save things a lot even memorabilia. All I did, was look and reflect back at my old pictures the entire time. I wanted to break down so bad, but instead I felt a since of sadness. Sad because looking at old pictures before I caught this spell of a disease and afterwards.

I still look the same, but I'm just thankful that I don't look sick on the outside compared to others who are suffering from this disease. I did weigh myself on the scale last week and it said I weighed 128 so I lost about 2 pounds with this life style diet change. I'm real slim now that it's almost unbelievable, but like I said I don't look sickly I was always slender/slim. But it's still hard to believe that I once weigh 150 when I was in college, but lost a lot of weight, due to the amount of depression and stress that I went through in 2015 when I was HIV negative. I was so depressed that the doctors prescribed me with antidepressant.

When I would go to the pharmacy to refill my prescription for the HIV meds when I would call and ask the Pharmacy technician what are all the medicine I have on file for me to refill. I was in disbelief when they read all of the different medications orally and topically that I have been taking in the past.

But the crazy thing that baffles me a lot is that I haven't had the common cold since 2013, but others that have been around me were sick as a dog. So that means, that my Immune System has to still be pretty good despite this virus trying to wear it down. I haven't had the common cold even now after being diagnosed with this disease. What I will tell you guys to not get any of those vaccinations that they be trying to offer you since you have HIV. Last month, when I last went to Specialist#2 they gave me the second last shot of the Pneumococcal vaccination. The first time they gave it to me I didn't feel sick, but the second time they gave it to me I felt sick for damn near almost a week. I said I am not getting another vaccination from them damn people.

I wanted to call and curse them out because why did I feel so bad the second time getting that shot. They said that they was going to tell me my viral load from last month visit, but I haven't heard from them yet. I don't really want to know anyways I don't even want them to tell me a viral nor a damn undetectable. LIKE WHAT?? I don't even want to hear the specialist or doctor utter those words out of their month. They'll be glad to tell you something like that to get you out of the way because of the prescription meds and tell your ass to come back within 6 months to a year.

On that note it has been a little over a week since I took the HIV meds. I feel that as long as I consume mostly the berries and Green vegetable filled with Chlorophyll like I wrote a few blogs ago in conjunction with Dr. Sebi's herbs and the Oregano Oil this virus shouldn't replicate.

Today, my Oregano Oil did arrived at the house. I took it out of the mailbox and brought the product upstairs to my room. As, I opened the mail the customers that wrote the reviews about the Oregano Oil product were right. It has a strong scent that lingered through the bag. I was like a dog sniffing it the whole time for about 5 minutes.

For those like myself, that have cut grass before on a riding lawn mower it smells like a mixture of a car and lawn mower motor oil with gasoline a little bit that's why I was sniffing it for a long period of time. I took a snap shot of all three different pictures of what was on the small 15 ML bottle below. Picture one basically tells you if you can't zoom in on your computer screen or phone that the product is 100% Pure Origanum Vulgare and 69% Carvacrol. It says on the back an Immune System Booster: Anti-Fungal, Anti-Viral, and Antibacterial. And of course they state on the bottom that this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. They write that stuff like Dr. Sebi's products to prevent litigation action against their products.

The second picture says the product is very strong and must be mixed with water or juice to dilute it a little bit. But instead, what I might do is put some coconut oil because I have some on my finger and put the drops of Oregano Oil under my tongue. It says internally 1-3 drops 2-3 times daily. So what I am going to do is take 3 drops two times a day morning and night which is a total of 6 drops of Oregano Oil per day. And if I feel I need to do it three times a day it'll be a total of 9 drops per day. James said if you use the Oregano externally whether it's for genital warts or the back of the spine because that's where the virus is located. Which it makes since because the spine is part of the brain to put coconut oil on that as well.

And of course the last picture is the name of the brand of Oregano Oil that is not just any kind of Oregano Oil that you get from the stores and off of the internet. Which is USDA Organic. Many people say with this same small little bottle they have used on average 4-6 of these bottle while doing a raw diet or Alkaline Vegan diet and reverse their herpes/HPV/HIV viruses from the body.

James said the virus is like a shield and the Oregano oil breaks down that shield. So I correlated with Dr. Sebi's methodology when James talks about that shield that's what Dr. Sebi means when he is talking about the mucus. I thought about an apple from the way that both of them describe it. The skin on the apple is the shield that the Oregano Oil and Dr. Sebi's products have to break down. When you bite into the apple the white part is another layer of shield that the Products have to break down in the cell and Lastly, the middle of the apple which is the seed is the Nucleus of the apple/cell membrane in our cells where the growth of the virus has to be eradicated. That's the best way that I could describe it at a 5th grade level for those that aren't familiarized with Science terms.

And each time as we continually or consistently eat the bad foods with this disease the whole apple starts to gradually deteriorate throwing off the equilibrium or homeostasis (PH) of that apple causing the virus to do more harm than good inside the cells of the human body.
