LOL Never in a million years, did I thought that I would ever eat Porridge, tried it for the first time today and it was pretty good. I like mine thick because it's more full-filling to me. If you want yours thin add more Spring water, thick add less Spring water.

Michael the guy that cured himself from HIV and Herpes showed me his Porridge meal this morning when I was at work. So, I decided to give it a try. He still told me that I need to be Juicing the FUCK down mostly green vegetables like every hour or every other hour as much times as possible to quickly reverse the disease. I believe it because I wrote a blog and posted an article a few months ago before meeting Michael about how Green Vegetable have Chlorophyll and also have the same molecular structure of hemoglobin in our blood. I've never juiced vegetables, however that's why I would always sauteed them instead. He said the fruits are more for the energy and the veggies restore the entire body. He said to do that as much as possible for 30 days and go to the doctor. I don't go back to the doctor until 21 days. I need to go in with juicing vegetables this week and the herbs. I told him today I wasn't really hungry, I don't know if it was because of those three combinations of herb tea that I had last night or what, but I wasn't super hungry as usual. I'm definitely going to consume the three herbs tonight, but I'll juice the vegetables for tomorrow. I'm waiting on Michael's combination tomorrow or something this week, This month, I am going in overload drive with these herbs.
On another note, I'm still contemplating whether or not I should order from Dr. Sebi's wife's website which is supposedly she and Dr. Sebi's original herbs. After all, Dr. Sebi have said in his lectures in the past that he usually have the women make these herbs. So since she is one of the puzzle piece to Dr. Sebi, I think I am going to give her a try later on this week if I have the funds. Like I said before, if I'm not healed with this month Doctors visit with Specialist #2, I'll go back to Specialist #1 in July or August. I'm just going to try my best to remain optimistic. Michael did say that too much stress affects the immune system and to listen to Michael Jackson's song "Off the Wall" I love Michael Jackson that's my favorite singer right there! Herpes is a form of parasite and tons of mucus it mostly thrives off of sugars and carbs something that is most common in an American Standard diet that we are used to eating. Although fruits are natural sugars and are good, it's probably best to consume more green vegetables for both of our ailments.
As far as the smaller packages at Dr. Sebi Cell Food, although they are extremely potent, regardless if it's Dr. Sebi's Original Combination of herbs or not. Ordering other third party herbs from various sources may work, but it may take a little longer to reverse the ailment if the combinations are not extremely potent.
In my opinion, It's truly best to either get the $750 or $1500 if you can afford it from Dr. Sebi's Cell Food or his wife's website International Healing to quickly reverse the ailment with strict correct diet. That's all I do is save every little dollar I get don't really go out much or leave the house by sacrificing to be cured and move on with my life.
The only reason I'm not cured yet from the big packages in the past was because of a whole lot of mental issues going on and diet was horrible, but nonetheless they are potent because I would have been in worst shape had I never took the Cell Food Products to began with.

I was haven herpes 1 and 2 spreading all over my body even on my private part too. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years.
