Kamut Puff Cereal with Agave Syrup and Hemp Milk

Lunch Menu: French Fries

Dinner Menu: Dr. Sebi's herbs/Tonics (running low) and 100% PURE Moringa OLEIFERA LEAF POWDER (Go more in depth about this herb later)

Sauteed Kale, Bell Peppers, Onions, Organic Squash, Crimini Mushrooms cooked in Grapeseed Oil and that's it for today.

Hey Everyone, I know, I know, it has been almost two months since I was out of sight out of mind and I really apologize. Trying to start from scratch again.. I would like to thank you all for your heartfelt comments, that mean so much to me. Some days, I feel Great and other days I have felt SICK and just Fatigue which is expected through detoxing processing.... We Will and Shall get through this....I have so much to information to tell you guys, bombshell disturbing snapshots I took off of the app from down low deceiving/gay men, (Which I probably go into detail later, when I'm cured). I did got off the phone just now with a guy that have hit me up first and I've been contacting with off a more dating/Friend app called "PLENTY OF FISH" for almost a week I'm 25 he's 34.

He finds me highly attractive and likewise, for now it's going to be based more on Friendship though. Don't want to feel like I'm obligated to tell my status. I do feel a sense of loneliness at times, however, trying to more so stay consistent and (FUCUS) right now with this diet and journey. I also came across some valuable information to help facilitate our healing journey with this spell of a disease that'll I tell you guys later on this blog. Also, for the past two months, I've been in the process with looking for another job which I now work for the government representing CDC..I'll explain each of these things day by day it's so much..

I pretty much have a month or a month and a few days to get myself together to reverse this disease. I practically had to put on an Oscar Performance act in the doctors office from Specialist 2 earlier this month for them to schedule me an appointment for the latter part of April...

I am going to rewind back on some things later on tomorrow after work that have happened since I last wrote. I'm thinking the days that I don't Write, I might submit an audio voice recording link of me talking instead. Queen Selah gave me that great advice in my earlier blogs, when some days I don't feel like writing...
