Michael also message me out of the blue today and gave me some more tips that I'll share later on. I'm still taking heed from him, but at the same time still keeping my distance at least until I'm cured. My viral Load was low the last time, I went to the Specialist. Lol pizza will do that to you that's my favorite food right there, it's loaded with mucus causing dairy substance, too bad I can't have it right now. If I used to drink liquor straight without mixing it when I was in college, I know that taking the bitter herb tonics is a breeze for me especially Chelation 1.
